Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from MK Sofas Ltd via www.sofamall.co.uk. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns – General Conditions

We only accept returns for items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging

  • Flat-pack items must not have had any assembly attempted

  • Items must be returned in a reasonable, resalable condition

  • Returns must be requested and completed within 30 days of delivery

Any items returned outside of this 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for all delivery and return costs

  • Customers may return items using their own courier or transport method

  • If you request us to arrange a return collection, the cost will be charged in line with our delivery cost breakdown table

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

3. Condition Checks on Delivery

Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery before signing.

  • If the packaging or item appears damaged, this must be clearly noted on the courier’s paperwork before signing

  • If delivery is signed as received in good condition, we cannot accept responsibility for courier-related damage reported afterwards

Failure to report visible damage at the time of delivery may result in a return or refund being declined.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged and the issue has been properly recorded at delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and advise on the next steps.

5. Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the item, excluding delivery or return charges

6. Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items will fit through doorways, hallways and staircases before ordering

  • Items returned due to access or fitting issues are not considered faulty and remain subject to return charges
