Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from MK Sofas Ltd via www.sofamall.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. 24-Month Structural WarrantyAll our products are supplied with a 24-month structural warranty, which covers manufacturing defects related to the internal frame and construction under normal domestic use. Additionally, a 12-month warranty applies to upholstery, fabrics, and foam integrity. This warranty does not cover:

  • Fair wear and tear.

  • Accidental damage or misuse.

  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, handling, or professional cleaning.

  • Use in commercial or non-domestic environments.

2. Contact Details & Order Processing

When placing an order, you must provide a valid contact telephone number. This is essential so that we can:

  • Confirm delivery arrangements

  • Coordinate deliveries that require our two-man delivery team

Orders requiring our own delivery team will not be dispatched without prior delivery arrangements being agreed, which is why accurate contact details are required.

3. Payments & PayPal Requirements

If you choose to pay via PayPal, please note:

  • The PayPal account must be registered to the delivery address

  • The delivery address must be verified by PayPal

Orders paid via PayPal cannot be processed if the delivery address is unverified or does not match the PayPal account details.

4. Delivery Charges & Payments

Please ensure that you select and pay the correct delivery charge for your postcode at the time of ordering. Orders cannot be processed or dispatched until the correct delivery payment has been made.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to traffic issues, weather conditions, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Access & Property Responsibility

Before placing your order, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • The sofa will fit through all access points, including doorways, hallways and staircases

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, delivery charges may still apply to cover our costs.

We do not accept liability for any damage caused to property during delivery where access is restricted or unsuitable.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. General

MK Sofas Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.
